Our Offerings

We are dedicated to having weekly classes for our local community to move, breathe, learn and heal.

We also offer longer monthly workshops that support people into going on micro-retreat learning journeys.

Our beautiful, sacred gathering space is also available to rent for those who are looking for hold a private event.
